The rules for using Zappisagasprnt's directory, guides, Creator Studio and free templates — written to be read, not skimmed past.

Section 01

Using this site

By accessing https://zappisagasprnt.baby/ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated under the demonstration identity Zappisagasprnt Media Lab Ltd (proposed; ref. DEMO-ZSP-2026-0418 — not a verified registration). Contact: [email protected].

The site is free to use, requires no account and does not sell products or process payments.

Section 02

Directory & editorial content

  • Information only. Listings, comparisons, guides and review summaries are provided for discovery and comparative purposes. They are editorial assessments, not guarantees of performance or suitability.
  • Prices and features change. We check details against official sources and date our reviews, but providers update plans, prices and features frequently. Always confirm on the provider's official site before buying.
  • No transactions. Availability, pricing, terms, contracts and payments are handled entirely by each provider or its official sales system. Zappisagasprnt does not issue confirmations, quotes or receipts.
  • No ratings we can't verify. We don't publish star ratings or aggregate user reviews.
  • Not professional advice. Licensing and export guidance is general information, not legal or technical advice for your specific situation.

Section 03

Creator Studio simulators

The Timeline Builder, Subtitle Studio, Effects Playground, Before & After, Workflow Quiz and Workflow Planner are browser-based educational simulators. They manipulate sample data and CSS demonstrations only. They do not import, render, transcribe or export real video or audio.

  • Before & After images and effect previews are illustrations, not product benchmarks.
  • Quiz results are suggestions based only on your answers — trial software before purchasing.
  • Planner data is stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data; keep your own copy of anything important (use “Export .txt”).
Section 04

Template & preset licence

Resources on our Templates & presets page (title spec, subtitle presets, safe-zone SVG, Warm Film LUT, storyboard, structures, export checklist and sample SRT) are original works by Zappisagasprnt.

You may

  • Use them in personal and commercial projects
  • Modify, adapt and combine them with your own work
  • Publish videos and content made with them, without attribution

You may not

  • Resell or redistribute the files themselves, as-is or as part of a template pack
  • Claim the original files as your own creation for sale
  • Imply that Zappisagasprnt endorses your product

Resources are provided “as is”, without warranty. Safe-zone guides are approximate; platform interfaces vary by app and device.

Section 05

Third-party software & links

  • Zappisagasprnt is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CapCut, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, Adobe, Apple, Blackmagic Design, Descript, Canva or Envato. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification.
  • Outbound links go to official provider sites. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing or privacy practices; their own terms apply.
  • Third-party assets (for example, from Mixkit, Envato Elements, Canva or in-app music libraries) are governed by those providers' licences, not ours.
  • We currently have no affiliate or sponsored relationships. If that changes, affected links will be clearly labelled.
Section 06

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting
  • Scrape or republish our editorial content wholesale without permission
  • Present our guides or comparisons as your own, or misrepresent them as provider-endorsed
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

Intellectual property

Except for the freely licensed templates described above, site text, design, code and graphics are © 2026 Zappisagasprnt. You're welcome to quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Stock photographs are used under the Unsplash licence and remain the work of their photographers.

Section 08

Disclaimers & liability

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren't liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, purchases made from third parties, or loss of browser-stored data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Section 09

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Changes take effect when published here, and the “last updated” date will change. See also our privacy policy.
